Eligibility
Applies only if skin irritation or discomfort develops after the first use. This does not cover pre-existing skin conditions or allergies unrelated to the product.
Sales Channels
Full Refund: Purchases made through the official RightWipes website or authorized physical partners are eligible for a full product refund.
Claim Window
All claims must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the product was received and first used.
Proof of Purchase
Customers must provide a valid order number/receipt and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Return of the unused portion may be requested.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Limitations
Only one (1) refund claim per customer. Does not apply to free samples, promotional giveaways, or products from unauthorized resellers.
Timeline & Rights
Approved claims are processed within 7 to 14 business days. RightWipes reserves the right to decline fraudulent or non-compliant claims.
